I had a decent experience at Griptha Hotel, though it came with a few significant drawbacks. My room was overall clean and comfortable, but I noticed moldy spots and cobwebs, which detracted from my enjoyment. The staff tried hard to fix the Wi-Fi, but the noise from other guests was a constant distraction.
Rooms

While my room was clean and comfortable, I was disappointed to find moldy spots and cobwebs. There was also a snake fruit's seed lying in the corner, which was quite off-putting. On the positive side, the shower pressure was strong, and the small LCD TV was functional.
Service

The service here was commendable; the staff went above and beyond trying to fix the hotspot. I appreciated their effort as they clambered around on stepladders trying to revive the access point, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Location

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of Kudus, which is great for exploring the area. However, I was a bit concerned to learn it's positioned underneath dangerous electric power lines.
Dining

Dining options were fairly standard, featuring local foods along with complimentary bread and typical breakfast items like eggs. It wasn't bad, but I was hoping for a bit more variety in taste.
Facilities

The overall facilities were average and met basic needs, but nothing particularly stood out as really good.

My stay at Griptha Hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, right in the center of town, which I appreciated. However, the room I was assigned had some cleanliness issues, such as moldy spots and even a snake fruit's seed left behind (yikes!). On the bright side, the service was friendly and always willing to help.

The room had some cleanliness issues, including moldy spots and cobwebs. I found a snake fruit's seed in the corner when I checked in, which really put me off. The newly renovated areas were nicely decorated and had good bedding quality. The strong shower was a plus, although I had to wait a while for the water to get warm.
